    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

    • Reported within 72 hours of delivery

    • Unused and in their original condition

    • Returned in their original packaging whenever possible

    If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our part.

    Because of the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
