A Six-Month Class Series with Sky Bradshaw

Energy hygiene is the ongoing practice of caring for your energy with the same awareness and intention you bring to caring for your physical and emotional well-being.
Throughout the day, we interact with people, places, responsibilities, emotions, information, and experiences. Each interaction may affect our energy. Without regular awareness and care, we may begin to feel overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or unsure of what belongs to us.
Energy Hygiene LIVE is a six-month class series designed to help you understand your energy more clearly and develop practical ways to care for it in everyday life.
You do not need previous experience with energy work to participate. You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to become more aware of the relationship you have with your own energy.
What We Will Explore

Across six monthly classes, we will work with:
Understanding your personal energy system
Recognizing how people, places, and experiences affect you
Identifying what belongs to you and what does not
Grounding, centering, clearing, and reconnecting
Creating healthier energetic boundaries
Recognizing depletion, overwhelm, and overextension
Building an energy hygiene practice you can use in everyday life

Each class will include teaching, reflection, guided practice, questions, and conversation.
