Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at shop@skybradshaw.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging whenever possible

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our part.

Because of the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Digital downloads

• Online classes and courses

• Gift certificates

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Downloadable resources

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected, when applicable.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

To help keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, the Little Energies Children's Oracle Deck Set may be shipped in a durable padded mailer, depending on the contents of your full order.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be packaged together to ensure they arrive safely.
